Two new publications add to the growing evidence that T50 and calciproteins particles are the carrier of Phosphate Toxicity, rather than soluble phosphate. In a cohort of 28 dialysis patients, administration of the phosphate binder Velphoro® (sucroferric oxyhydroxide) led to a redution in levels of calciproteins particles, improvement of the T50, and amelioration of inflammation.
